Since graduating, I have been working in industrial projects, where my flexibility in technical matters has been challenged, and where I have been able to sharpen my solution expertise. Dealing daily with different personalities, repeatedly in demanding situations, has developed my soft skills. Social competence is one of my key skills in the project organization.

A destination is reached safely with the right partners, and only as a team you can peak. The team is of fundamental importance for me. The key to a good team is trust, loyalty, a clear work structure, and a friendly cooperation among each other.
